AGREEMENT By signing up for this service you have agreed to use A FAMILY INTERNET DSL as your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for one (1) year from the date of installation. Early termination of your DSL service will result in a $250 early termination fee, payable to A FAMILY INTERNET DSL. Accounts that are sixty (60) days past due will be suspended and charged $25. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
